What's the big difference for the new version of Peggy's 646/647 ? I remarked that the fist version sits way too high on sim's head, is that what you edited ?

Isn't she lovely? Not sure if that makes you a narcissist, but in this case it's alright, right? :)

And the difference is only on the texture level, I can't edit meshes yet. I only changed the position of the texture highlights and painted the alpha a bit so it looks a bit 'fuller'.

Yeah, I wasn't really sure of what version to keep in my game, but after trying a few times (and failing) to take that little chunk of hair on the right side of the head (you can see on the blond image) that stands out on the edited version, I went with the original. :P
But yeah, I should look for a way to keep both in the game..but daboobs makes my brain twirl!

What polycount are all the hairs that haven't been mentioned it?

Hairs that haven't been mentioned are from Peggy, and currently it's not possible to open her files in CTU/Postal/TSRW/etc so I'm not able to post it. Older retextures that are not from Peggy will have the polycount added when I update them for other ages, which should be soon. :)

Ohh no wonder... I kept wondering how much poly they were. Thats annoying tho, how will I know if I cannot even use the hair; too bad for her. I like your newsea retex and thanx 4 posting the polys that way I know what to get or can't :D
